TLC Breaking Chains Ministry provides practical and spiritual resources to women who have been incarcerated, in recovery, and/or homeless to settle them in a supportive community, reunite them with their families, and empower them to find sustaining work.

Our ministry equips women with a spiritual foundation and connects them to community resources, creating strong social bonds of accountability and trust. For some women, the journey culminates in baptism, a rebirth. All women will have achieved a series of basic steps towards rebuilding their lives.
